Refund Policy

At Freedom T’s, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are available only for items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact our customer service team at freedomtsco@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Follow the return instructions we provide to send your item back.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
